MyHillTour Uttarakhand Tour Package – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:
   A minimum advance payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid before the tour begins.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
   • Cancellation 15+ days before travel: 80% refund.
   • Cancellation 7–14 days: 50% refund.
   • Cancellation within 7 days: 25% refund.
   • No refund for unused services once the tour begins.
3. Rescheduling:
   Any changes in travel dates are subject to availability and must be informed at least 7 days in advance.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions:
   Only services mentioned in the confirmed itinerary are included. Additional charges apply for extra activities, meals, or entry fees.
5. Travel Documents:
   Valid ID proof is mandatory during travel. All necessary permits will be arranged by MyHillTour unless stated otherwise.
6. Liability:
   MyHillTour is not liable for delays, accidents, or natural calamities affecting the itinerary.
7. Conduct:
   Travelers must maintain discipline and follow local guidelines during the tour.
